Colors need to be submitted at least 3 days before your project is scheduled to begin.
Please remove all possessions and move small furniture to center of the room, providing a 4ft perimeter. We can provide assistance with heavier items.
Communicate with us about any anchors or nails you would like to keep. Otherwise, we will remove the nails/anchors & fill.
We will cover all flooring with drop cloths and/or construction paper. All furniture will be covered with fresh plastic.
We will remove all switch plates and all non-electrical wall/ceiling fixtures.
We will patch, tape stress cracks, pole sand walls & ceilings before painting.
Painting the interior of your home can be intrusive. Please communicate with us the order in which you would like us to paint your home.
Low VOC and Zero VOC paints are available. Let us know if you are interested in using these products. Nonetheless, allow for ventilation.
We will move furniture back to original location, re-install plates & fixtures, vacuum carpets, sweep floors, and garbage/debris will be bagged.
Leftover paint will be labeled & left behind for future touch ups.
We will schedule a walk a through with the client to ensure work was completed as outlined. Touch-ups will be addressed at this time before workers leave premises.
Balance of the invoice is due immediately upon completion of your project.

Pressure washing is the first step of this process.
Pressure washer sprays high-powered water. Close & lock windows.
TSP sprayed to kill mildew.
Pressure washing streaks windows. Clean after painting.
Scrape loose paint on first day or later.
Scraping removes failing paint. Clean up daily, fully at end.
Sand exposed areas where paint failed (unless otherwise clarified).
Sanding reduces ridge visibility, does not eliminate it.
Light sanding on glossy surfaces scuffs for latex paint adhesion.
Prime exposed/bare areas and new wood with premium exterior primer.
Remove and replace rotted boards included in quote. Add additional rotted boards to scope of work if found.
The caulk we apply is a premium, urethanized acrylic sealant with a 60 yr pliability rating. It is designed to bridge gaps in your boards.
We will caulk all areas interfacing with a painted surface.
Windows masked with opaque plastic sheeting for 1-3 days.
Unpainted areas masked or protected.
Trees, plants, shrubs covered up. Trimmed back if scraping home.
Plants on ground may be stepped on while working.
Brush and roll wood and stucco, spray aluminum and vinyl siding.
Small areas brushed.
Major color change: 2 coats recommended to prevent bleed-through.
