Transparency is critical for a job well done, so we prioritize proactive and consistent communication about all of our processes, products, and updates. Here's what to expect from Imperial's residential painting services.
Setup
Floors will be protected with drop cloths and/or construction paper. Furniture will be covered with fresh, out of the box, plastic. We will remove switch plates and all non-electrical wall & ceiling fixtures. We patch/fill all repairs, tape all cracks, pole sand walls & ceilings.
Prepare
We pole sand walls and ceilings and hand sand woodwork between coats to ensure a smooth finish. This is the part most contractors skimp on, but it's the only way to create a truly professional look!
Finalize
Our meticulous attention to detail continues right to the end, as we inspect the project to ensure a flawless finish in accordance with PDCA standards.
Clients will have the opportunity for a walk through upon completion, and we'll immediately address any concerns.
Clean Up
As soon as we're done, we implement an instant clean-up policy. All debris and waste will be disposed of daily, and we'll return furniture to their original positions. We’ll reinstall switch plates, wall and ceiling fixtures or blinds, and leave the space in a neat, broom-clean condition.
